設備監控的正確使用及設置對生產和設備維護是極其重要的,贏泰的t-win及e-win系列注塑機內均配有監控功能,通過對設備注射時間、材料剩余量以及塑化時間等數據的監視,幫助現場操作人員和維護人員及時找出設備問題,達到快速解決的目的,并提高設備及生產過程的正常運行率。如圖所示是WINTEC注塑機的監控畫面。
The correct use and setting of equipment monitoring is very important for production and maintenance. The t-win and e-win series injection molding machines of WINTEC are equipped with monitoring functions. By monitoring injection time, injection position and plasticizing time of equipment, the operators and maintenance man can find out the equipment problems in time and improve the normal operation rate of the equipment and production process. As shown in the figure is the monitoring screen of WINTEC injection molding machine.

注射時間的監控以實際的射出時間為依據,設定為實際射出時間的正負0.5秒,例如實際射出時間為2.58秒,則監控最大值設置為3.08秒,最小值設置為2.08秒。若正負值設定過小,設備運行過程中會有報警,也無法及時了解止逆環磨損或者噴嘴漏料現象。若正負值設定過大,則可能會發生故障,例如多腔模具的故障,在多腔模具中,若其中一個膠口堵死,則會發生漲模甚至模具損壞(具體正負值設定可以參考車間環境以及PD數值)。

注射位置的監控值設定為實際射出余料量的正負0.5mm,例如實際余料量為19.71mm,則監控最大值為20.21mm,最小值為19.21mm。若正負值設定過小,生產過程中會報警,也無法及時了解止逆環磨損或者噴嘴漏料現象。若正負值設定過大,操作人員無法及時發現膠口堵塞或其他缺料等現象(具體正負值設定可以參考車間環境以及PD數值)。
